the hotel location is convenient for accessing the train station. i found the historic staircases and lights in the building beautiful. the reception staff were cute , and provided helpful service. i noticed the clean room upon arrival.
the room felt quite warm , and opening the window was necessary.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. i appreciate the full english options like eggs and sausage. the location near the train station made travel easy and quick, bar cocktails on tap.
the water pressure in the shower was low. this made it difficult to rinse properly.

the location is very central. it is close to Piccadilly gardens and a five minutes' walk from Piccadilly station. i found it ideal for both tram and train trips. the venue is convenient.
the room i booked was not what i expected. i booked for two single beds, but i got one double bed instead. i had to sleep on the floor that night. there was also some rubbish under the bed when we got in.
